Why is it so bad to not masturbate at all?
When some on here or in real life (by my experience) say they are not going to masturbate anymore or that they want to stop people always question why and say how not masturbating is weird and not normal?

Does something happen if one doesn't masturbate? Does not masturbating cause differences between someone who does regularly?

not masturbating cuz you don't want to masturbate isn't bad. not masturbating cuz you feel guilty or ashamed is different. If you just don't feel like it or just don't want to do it, then I don't think that is bad at all. but if you have to force yourself not to do it, that is when I think it is bad

It's not bad in itself. It's bad if someone is not doing masturbating for a bad reason. I wouldn't say no masturbating is weird or abnormal, just uncommon. If a teen boy does not masturbate, then he will have wet dreams, because when you're a teen, your body needs to expel semen. Forcing oneself not to masturbate could lead to it effecting their mood. It could also cause them to overeat to gratify themselves in compensation.

Other reasons why a male might not masturbate are:
Some males have low testosterone or a low sex drive and don't masturbate because of that. Or they are asexual and have no sexual desires. Some males are impotent or have erectile dysfunction.

Agree with what Deep Blue has said. On the reverse of the testosterone, there will be a lot of boys, who if they don't masturbate for a couple of days, will have constant erections, and think of nothing but masturbating, and hence when someone says "I'm not goin to do it" can't figure out how you could resist the temptation.

What exactly is a Jesus-Freak as you call it?And FYI, my family being strongly Christian frowns upon masturbation, that bad too? Just asking, is it? I am Christian as well but I don't see masturbation as absolutely deplorable as some pastors see it mentioning how you have a problem if you masturbate two, three times a day.

dude i'm not gonna debate it with you. the dictionary says that chastity is the act of not having sexual intercourse. masturbating is not having sexual intercourse. therefore according to the dictionary you can masturbate and still have your chastity. idk what anything being by choice has to do with it being chastity. I didn't eat brussels sprouts at dinner tonight by choice but that doesn't mean not eating brussels sprouts is an act of chastity. i don't know if masturbation is a sexual act or not but i do know that it is NOT sexual intercourse, which is what chastity is all about. i don't care if you jerk off or don't jerk off as long as it something you do or don't do because you eithe rfeel like doing it or don't feel like doing it. but if you don't do it because you think it it makes you unchaste, then IMO you are refraining from doing it for the wrong reasons. if you want to argue with the dictionary the guy want to talk to is Mr. Webster not Mr. Troy

Unlike a woman who are born with a certain amount of eggs, men are constantly producing sperm. If you do not ejaculate often then what do you think happens, a wet drem. Also because sperm can only live a certain amount of time, if they for inside you, perhaps this will lower you sperm count O_o impermanantly

Oh and on your poll, 97% of males above the age of 12 masterbate.
