Here are some things you both may want to consider determining on whether you should stop or not:
Do you know there's no second chance of virginity?
Do you trust each other well enough to take this leap?
Do you feel comfortable buying condoms?
Would you feel comfortable buying a pregnancy test?
What would you do if it resulted in a pregnancy?
How would your parents respond if there was a pregnancy?
Are you aware that pulling out isn't something you can trust?
Are you aware how to store condoms?
Are you aware how to use a condom and check it for it issues?
Are you aware that there aren't truly any 'safe' days thus a condom or birth control is strongly recommended each time?
Are you aware of foreplay and issues [potential hymen tear -- pain -- bleeding] that she may encounter her first time?
It's ultimately both of your choices but the key here is that you both are ready and you discuss your feelings about taking this step and do it because you both want to share such a precious moment and not try to follow your peers.
