Ingrown hair, help!

A while ago I plucked a few pubes that looked rlly red and now one doesn't look to nice! It's got a scab on it and its a biggish red bump. How do I get it to go away?

Don't squeeze it give it some time maybe it will go away on its own

I squeeze mine if they have a white head but yours doesn't seem to have one. I would say don't squeeze!
