I am a 15 year old male that has had enlarged breasts since i was 11. My nipples are most of the time flat and puffy, and the small circle within my nipple is always red. I am pretty fit and play sports for my school, but my breasts and nipples are odd for a kid my age. Are there any lotions to change my inner nipple color back to normal and any exercises to get a flat chest and any way to keep my nipples from being flat and puffy and make them hard all the time. I think the redness is from a time long ago when my nipples got sunburnt but they never went back to their original color.
