Strange Feeling

This strange feeling I have right now, it only happens at certain times, don't know why it just does. It's strange, I feel very alone (even if I am in a crowd of people) which kind of makes me depressed, I just feel weird, a feeling that I can't really describe, everything feels cold and life which is normally so happy and beautifull feels dull and lifeless. Has anyone experienced this feeling or have a solution, it goes away but after a varied time (2-3 days even) During this 'time of depression' I question myself, my life (what I regret) I don't know of this has anything to do with Puberty and Horomones so I thought I would place this question here. If this has any relevance, I recently broke up with my girlfriend (didn't effect me much) but these feeling have happened when I was in previous (happy, content) relationships.:confused:

It's completely normal at your age. I often feel this way too.

I also get this. I don't know why. Maybe it's just our conscience. Maybe we all have depression?
It makes me feel like the worst person around. I feel the same you do. I think about my regrets, my relationship, I feel alone. Then a few days later i feel better and happy.
I believe it's just part of life and everyone experiences it. If you want to talk more PM me.

I get like this every so often for a day or two, but after that I am fine

It's good to know that I am not alone. I think I understand it a bit better now, I think I may be lonely after being single for the first time in a year... Also other stuff but... never mind.
