it had been about 4 months since my last cuts, but me and the gf had a massive arguement tonight. we do argue every now and then like everyone but this was bad, i feel so shit i just couldnt hold it in
im so scared of when she sees them, she has self harmed previously but like me i know its been a while since the last ones and im worried she will when she sees them

Well, obviously you regret cutting yourself this time. So when she see's them tell her you didn't enjoy the experience, and not to do it. Just tell her it's not the right path to take.

Your a great guy man, and she knows this as well. And things will turn out ok, it might not seem that way. Arguements happen but thats only on the surface, it doesn't take away from what you have between each other.

She broke up with me today...
Its been just over a year weve been together and we have been argueing a bit more often lately, she said shes sick of it and it cant go on.
i feel so fucking low right now, i love her so much and i know she loves me still it feels horrible.

after 2 days of being apart shes texting me and calling me like i really miss you please come over and see me.. so i thought i probably should even if it will be hard to do i owe it to her. get round there and eventually she comes out saying she wants to get back with me cos she cant deal with being apart. so happy now, last night was fucking good its the weekend and life is sweet again :)
