I have PE tomorrow and I don't know what I'm going to do because I have fresh cuts on my wrist and I don't want anyone to see them.
I normally wear long sleeves and/or bracelets but the teachers are very strict on our PE uniforms (short sleeve t-shirts, black shorts, white socks & white trainers) so I'll be told to change or take them off if I try to wear either.
I can use makeup to cover the ones near the crook of elbow because they're easy to hide and my shorts will hide the ones on my thighs, but like I said I don't know what to do about the ones on my wrists?
Usually I'm quite good at thinking about where I'm cutting but today it didn't even occur to me until it was too late :/

Sweat bands are good, Bracelets can work, A wrist support, Bandage support. These will all work.

An even better solution would be to stop cutting altogether. Trust me, you're not hopeless. Nobody is going to judge you if you go and seek help from a mental health professional. You may think your case is different and that you can't be helped, but these guys have seen everything. It's part of what makes them professionals. If a clinically depressed patient like myself responds to treatment, then I have no doubt you can as well. You obviously know cutting is not something healthy or normal if you're ashamed of showing the cuts to other people. I'm a bit disappointed that people are actually giving you advice on how to hide them. Hiding never solved anything for anyone when it comes to things like this. If you truly feel relief from cutting yourself, then you shouldn't be afraid to show it. Get help. Or hide it and let it eat you away. Your choice, admitting you have a problem is the first and hardest step.

Get some braclet's my close friend has about 5-10 and keeps the bandages under them, you can't see them make sure they are tight so no one sees! be careful where you cut and try your best to stop :)
