You don't have to tell your parents if you don't want to, just ask them to take you to the doctor. If you are over 14 years of age, at least where I live, the doctor can't discuss anything you talk about with your parents.

Have you been eating/drinking anything with really strong food coloring? Like blue or purple - that can even turn poo green
