Either in the bathroom or under your covers when she is asleep. How old is your sister? Would she be old enough to just let U go for it? She may be waiting for you to sleep for similar reasons

everyone else pretty much said what i woulld say but ask your parents if its possible to get your on room they must have had a plan for when you started to go through puberty
