need some advice

I was on the beach talking with a girl I know from school. While we were talking I got an erection and I know she saw it because she looked down and smiled. I'd like to see her some more and maybe ask her out to the movies or something but now I don't know what to do. Since she didn't say anything should I pretend it never happened?
