Shave/trim pubes?

I have been wanting to either shave or trim my pubes because they are too log and i don't like it. I was wondering if any of you who do shave or trim know if it's better to trim or shave? Or should I just leave pubes? Does it get really itchy if I shave? Will I have to shave like every couple of days once I start?

trimming is pretty straight forward but if you shave them use cream or somthing afterwards to keep it from being itchy and if you want to keep it low and not have to shave every so often you could always wax them lol

Shaving can make them itching.. I trim mine once a week.. I think it's much easier :)

I trim and kinda shave the sides, to keep them trimmed and short but not everywhere lol. Personally, I think trimmed looks better than shaved.

If your just uncomfortable with the length then trim them shorter, if you don't like them entirely then probably want to shave them. Trimming doesn't make them that itchy but they get itchy when they grow back after shaving, at least they did for me, its why I stopped, too high maintenance lol.
