I don't think there is a proper way to describe one, but here goes nothing.
It kind of feels like a pressure; a hot pressure swelling inside of you and the longer you keep going, the further it rises. As this happens, your toes curl up and you begin to feel warmer.
And the further you keep going and the further it keeps building up, it will reach a point where it stops and your body can't handle any more. At this point, the pressure, the tension, the everything is released from you and you feel the warmest, most nicest feeling escape you.
