My cousin and I are very close and the other day she said that she likes a 15 year old (she is 12). It has been worrying me lately if she should go out with him or not because I want to do anything I can to protect her. Is this age gap OK or should I be worried? Any help appreciated thanks! :)

Id say they could be close friends till older only because when hes 16 shes 13 soo I dont think its right, if she was 16 and him19 Iits okk age doesnt really matter as much after 16 I dont think personally

Normally, I would say that at that age, the age gap is too big.
He is likely to be sexually active before her. However because of the age difference he would probably soon get board and look for a girl around his age.

If your that concerned talk to her parents about it.

It's a very big age gap plus when she is 13 he will be 16 it's not right i suggest they wait until they are both past 16

Would you feel comfortable being with a 12 year old girl? I too think the age gap is too high now and maybe in 2-3 years it may not be as bad. If you try to stop them -- it could backfire thus maybe talking to her mom may allow her mom to decide if it's right or not.

i dont think she should cuz she is like in grade 6 prolly and hes in grade 10 and thats just wierd but i say if you are in the same school it is fine like grade 7 and grade 9.. but she might be really mature to date but most girls i know arent ready for stuff like that
