Whenever I log off my user account, task host window always makes me have to force log off. How can I prevent this?

At the risk of sounding like Microsoft "Tech Support": Did you try turning it off and on again?

Well, it happens no matter what. That's why I always put the pc to sleep mode instead of logging off. I'm the only user anyways.

It's most likely because you have some program running in the background

The only background program I can think of would be my antivirus program...

Does it say "the program somethingsomethingsomething.exe is not responding" or something like that? It'd be very helpful to know what it is if there's something .exe in the message.
It could very well be your antivirus - which antivirus is it and is it fully up to date?
