Man I Been Skinny My Whole Life, But Stuff Catch My Attention So Easily That It Takes My Mind Off Eatin. I Swaer I Could Go The Whole Day Without Eatin. I Just Like To Eat Once A Day, Or At The Most Twice A Day... But Even Then, Im Still Eatin A Little. But I Want To Gain Weight So I Can Get Into Sports Like Footbal, But No Matter How Much I Eat, Im Still Real Skinny! Whats Wrong With Me?

I would suggest you try eating 3-4 square meals a day, and make a habit of it. If you want to gain weight, try lots of carbs perhaps?

Weight gaining supplements are around. Go to a health food store and get the drinking mix things. Like chocolate powder you add to water/milk and it helps you gain more weight.

That's not an eating disorder. You just have a high metabolism and a low appetite. You should try to eat more, though, if you want to gain weight. Eat more carbs, I'd say.

eat lots of bread, this will give you a nice full feeling, but if your trying to gain weight eat big dinners, like really meaty dinners.
i could easily say meat and bread are your best options for weight gaining/ feeling full for a good time is good. and if you are serious about going onto a sport that requires to be bigger, get more dairy and veggies with your meat n bread.

A balanced diet is always better than a diet intended to just make you gain weight. If you want to gain weight make it muscle. Work out and build enough muscle to play football, but don't overdo it and injure yourself. Your appetite will increase as your exercise does.

i think the best thing to do is to probably get shakes such as boost or something that can be found in about any grocery store such as wal mart and k mart

A shake is not a replacement for a balanced diet.

My mate sounds like he was a bit like you. last year he got invited to join the best under 18 rugby team in edinburgh and he was put on a diet to gain a bit of weight since he was really skinny. on the diet I remember there was a lot of milk and meat (Not cheap burgers but like proper meat like gammon etc) and he gained some weight and got really strong.
I'll ask him for the diet sheet and PM you it if I get it.

An eating disorder controls your life... it controls every decision you make.. you don't have an eating disorder...
