Okay. So I'm a girl who wears mainly guys clothes, like guys T-shirts, loose jeans, trackies, shorts, shirts, etc.
Do you guys like girls that wear boyish clothes? As long as they look good, would it bother you?
It's just that all the other girls in my year dress like, well, girls, and I don't.
I'm asking cos I often feel insecure about what I wear cos when I go out I dress more like a classy guy than a sexy girl.

I do not mind them dressing as boys do, I am actually almost indifferent to what girls wear.

I know you were asking guys, but as a girl, I find girls that dress in typical boy clothing more attractive than ultra feminine girls who wear short shorts and belly shirts.

I don't mind it if girls dress as a boy or a girl.

I dress pretty much like a guy myself most of the time and most boys don't mind it at all. I think they find the contrast kinda hot when I pull of my boy clothes and have the girliest underwear ever underneath them. Their eyes pop out like 50 meters from their sockets.

I like girly girls, but I think I'm in the minority. I do think that the hotter the girl is, the more boyish the clothes she can wear that are still attractive on her.
I would also say that any girl looks better in girly clothes that fit her properly. Sometimes I see a girl in clothes that are just unflattering. Like, if she had the same thing on, one size bigger, she'd look good.
I guess when I see a girl wearing the clothes you mentioned I think, "I wonder what she looks like in girlier clothes. I guess I think that girls have beautiful bodies, so why hide it? Guys on the other hand have kinda clunky bodies, so guys clothes make sense for us to wear. You girls on the other hand, have thinner waists, curvier hips and boobs. Plus you have all kinds of fashion options and make up and earrings and hair styles and shoes etc etc.
Look at most guys in a suit, we're all pretty much the same. Or think of a New Years eve party that's a big deal, women have backless dresses, short skirts or long dresses, showing cleavage or not, jewelry and different hair styles. Look at the guys, you got dudes in suits with a few hair cut choices. We all kinda look the same. haha But we kinda do.
As a guy, I (we) think is really cool how you have so many looks and we LOOK. So I think your cheating yourself by dressing more like us.
I will say this, my gf, when she's not feeling great or is feeling bloated, she wears less feminine stuff and will comment that she just feels gross and doesn't even wanna try.
Any time me or my buddies notice a girl looking just the tiniest bit better or dressed up or something, we'll comment to each other. And we're idiots too, like we'll say "She just looks different-better somehow, but I haven't figured it out yet? Have you?" Soooo, we notice. Sometimes we're not even sure of what we're noticing, but when a girl puts in a little extra effort, we know something's different-better.

In your avatar picture, the first thing I noticed after your face is the shirt your wearing. I'd also say that I like the combo of some boyishness in your clothes with the girliest underwear. I/we love the girliest underwear haha and yes we'll bulge some eyes when we get to see it. haha.
Whether you're a guy or a girl it's not like anyone is expecting a big effort every day at school. I would say, if you want to catch a guys eye though at the mall or a party or school, ya can't go wrong going girlie!

The part where you mentioned how guys generally dress the same is completely true. Girls can go bold with their many senses of style and still look good. Anytime a guy tries to wear anything fashionably bold or different he's either labeled as gay or as a hipster lol.

I've been thinking about what girls clothing actually does for me and guys in general and I think I've come up with it.
We are drawn to you like a moth to a light at night - we literally can't help ourselves. Boy clothes, dim that light and girlie clothes increase it's intensity, so more of us will be more likely to notice you. We'll notice you either way, but you'll get to us and be on our minds more by dressing like a girl because that's what we are wired to want, a girl.

Well it depends. If you dress like that, Im totally fine with it. I just think there is a difference between feeling comfortable in those cloths, and actually trying hard to look like a guy. That is very unnatractive obviously.

Generally I don't wear girly clothes because I just don't look good in them. I'm a bit chubby, so most girly stuff isn't in my size, and the baggy boys clothes fit me well. And I'm not comfortable in girls stuff.

Aa long as you feel comfortable, and it makes you happy, it shouldn't matter. Personality counts for a lot, so it doesnt bother me what girls wear.

Clothes are clothes! Wear what you feel comfortable in. Personally Im not that big of a fan, but comfort is more important then what others think.

I think girls who dress "boyish" look a hundred times better than girls who look like they try way too hard, like super high heels, skin tight mini dresses and a bucket load of make up on their face. That's not my cup of tea at all. Then again everyone has a different opinion.
A lot of the time I dress quite boyish (shorts and men's band merch) because it's comfortable, and even when I dress girly it's still comfortable and dressed down if you know what I mean? Like just a skater skirt, or a dress, with some flat shoes. I really can't be bothered to wear uncomfortable clothes just to impress others.

I don't consider all of those manly, the t shirts one is a tad boyish but that's alright.
I'm attracted to the girly girl. The Kim Kardashian type. A girl who wears a lot of makeup (but not too much).
But I'm not attracted to girls who dress exactly like a guy all the time.
Also, if you just dress like a boy to school cause you're to lazy having to dress up, that's definitely fine. There was this one girl (who I had a huge crush on) at my school who never really wore makeup and she had her hair up in like a bun or whatever and I found that attractive. Somehow. I know that if any other girl was like that I wouldn't be attracted to her, but I Probably found that attractive cause she looked exactly like Kim Kardashian.

Doll, you wear whatever the Hell you feel like. If you don't like dressing like a "Girl" then don't. It doesn't matter. You are who you are, regardless of how you look.

It really depends, there has to be some form of femininity in the outfit for me to be like "Damn" but almost every one of my female relatives are tomb boys, so its normal to me :)

Personally no. I like a girl that can dress very well, follows trends and can dress for their body. I like someone that is put together. I'm fine with a girl wearing a guys shirt or something but it has to be to an extent. Like dress it up.
