When I started school
I was very nervous
And it showed
You came over to me
Took my hand

When the other kids bullied me
I was all alone
And afraid
You came over to me
Dried my eyes, took my hand
And smiled and told me
Together

When we had to pick partners
For dancing lessons in school
I was pair-less
You came over to me
Took my hand
And asked
Together?

When we started high school
Everyone was talking about crushes
Neither of us wanted to tell
So you came over to me
Took my hand
And whispered
Together

When everyone started dating
And we both knew what we wanted
But were afraid to show it
You came over to me
Took my hands
And muttered
Together

When we had our prom
And all the other girls went with guys
We wanted to go with each other
So you came over
Took my hands
And suggested
Together?

When we went out to dinner
On a night like any other
On a simple date to a nice restaurant
You got down on one knee
Took out a ring
And asked one last time
Together?
And I said
Together.

really i would sugest this k cuz i rly wouldnt think that cuz she probably doesnt but when u dont see people for a long time yur head plays soooooo many tricks and thinks of stuff that u dont know if its rly true or not so stop thinking that and when u start to think that only ever think of the fun times u guys had and know thats how she feels about ya :) thats wat i do anyways
