View Full Version : Can't Reach Orgasm

When I masturbate everything will be feeling good, then I'll feel a tiny build up and it's like I hit a little "wave" of pleasure. And everything after that feels really intense and I'll have to stop. I always thought that was an orgasm, I just never got the euphoric feeling after. But one day I just decided to keep going after I hit the "wave", just to see what happened, and I had what was my first orgasm. It was way more intense and I did get the "glowy" feeling after. And that was about a year ago, and since then I haven't been to reach it. The same thing happens as before, things will either get too intense and I'll have to stop, or it's like I just go numb down there and completely lose the feeling. Does anyone know what's wrong or has this happened to anyone?

If you try and force an orgasm, it will not work anyway. You need to stop thinking about achieving orgasm and just continue to go with the flow. The more you think about it and how much you want it, the less likely it is that you'll actually have one. Usually though, if you do get that intense feeling, carry on. Unless it starts to hurt, then obviously stop.

Exactly. Don't think about wanting to orgasm, allow the orgasm to come naturally. Focus on what feels good and keep at it. Remember- your clit is your friend! :)

I find that if i calm my mind and feel for where i get the most pleasure it works a hundred times better, also changing your position helps me allot for some reason. good luck

I don't really even think about orgasm, I just find myself rubbing sometimes and after a little while it just leads to an orgasm.

i guess I never thought about it but I do not go into masterbation with the intention of orgasm. I just sort of start making myself feel good and the the orgasm happens.

Like the other members say here, you have to relax and think also about things you get turned on and watch maybe some stuff!!!! Think that you have all time of the world!!!!!

99% of cumming is mental. You need to be more turned on in order to cum. try to figure out what turns you on.
try watching porn, reading erotic stories, and fantasizing. See what gets your juices going.

I have the same problem. I stop when it gets too intense and it's extremely annoying.

I agree with all of the above - adding to that though, can you get access to a vibrator (stick a condom in it if its not yours)

The pleasure is building up to the orgasm. If you take your time, it will come naturally. You can't force it!

Try playing music, or listening to an erotic story. That usually helps me when I'm having trouble enjoying myself :)
