the reason for me asking this question is to see how many teenage guys think that the average penis is a lot larger then they really are. Or to see what those guys that just don't know at all were gonna say

There's been a bunch of scientific studies recently about this. A lot of it has to do with market research for condoms. The average seems to be around 5.5" (14cm) long and 4.3" (11cm) around. Or something like that.
