If you want to hang out with a girl that is smarter than you, you should study to get near her. If you're REALLY bad at school and feel challenged ALL the time, then feel free to ask her for some help. That way, you will hang out AND you will get a chance to advance in your academics. Either this, or you could get a few friends together (her friends too) and create a "study" group. Then you will be able to interact with her. You may become friends and you will start hanging out. Just try not to get stuck in the friend zone.
