OP, it seems like you're just having issues with getting your emotions across properly and healthily. You certainly shouldn't be hitting yourself in the head. If necessary use a pillow, just not your head as that is extremely dangerous. The thoughts you're experiencing about dying and wishing you would die are not healthy. Those can lead to suicidal tendencies, self-harm, etc. If possible, consult your GP about these thoughts. If you can't get to a GP, start a journal. When you're mad, write why you're mad. When you're sad, write why you're sad and so on. Believe it or not somthing as simple a journal can do miraculous things. People shout and blame me for all kinds of stuff but I've learned to let it roll off my shoulders and not get me down. In the end it all boils down to happiness. You need to remember you deserve it as much as the next person. As for the friends - initiate conversations with those that may have similar interests. People aren't always going to come up to you, but you can certainly go up to them and initiate a friendship. I don't believe anyone can suck at life. It's not a video game, there's no "sucking". Do people have hard times? Absolutely. Does that mean they suck at life? No, it means this trouble they're experiencing now will eventually pass. Everyone has trouble at some point. You definitely are not alone. None of what you said makes you crazy, whatsoever. It may be dampening your spirits, causing you extreme distress, but it doesn't mean you're crazy.
