My foot

Yesterday after the final bell rung I had to put desks in the correct order after we just played UNO™. Anyway there was a mad dash to the door and my friend and I got caught in the shuffle and he tripped over my foot and his knee hit my foot/ankle region and my foot twisted and it started to hurt so bad. It didn't break but now its been like 12hrs and after I iced it and took 2 extra strength Tylenol™ I have felt little relief. What do I do now? We're:( having a last day of school party and I don't want to miss it.

I don't think there's anything you can do at this point but wait for it to heal. I experience that once and was absolutely paralyzed.

I get that alot cause I am so clumsy its dangerous LOL. It 'll heal in like a week with me
