Hello! I'm 17 years old, how do I know if my testicles have problems? (For example, if my testicles are dropped down or not?)

Well, if you've gone through puberty and are able to ejaculate, then they have dropped.
However, there are some odd medical cases were the testicles won't drop or even get 'stuck', in which case, you should visit a doctor.

The time when boys balls drop is between the ages of 12 years to 16 years. There is no such thing as balls dropping when a boy reaches puberty. It is just a metaphor for the penis growth, and balls hanging.

I read that one testicle is usually lower than the other, my hand are the same height. PS: I have no problems with ejaculation. Thanks for answer.

Testicles DO NOT drop during puberty. The testicles descend from the lower abdomen (where the ovaries are in females) into the scrotal sac usually during the last two months before, or very shortly after, birth.
If one or both of your testicles had not dropped... believe me you would know about it.
And yes, 1 is supposed to be SLIGHTLY lower than the other, though how noticeable this can be will vary depending on environmental conditions, age and all sorts of other things.
