Not really into the "pop" side of French, but Carla was one of my first French artists along with Alizée (shush, I was in elementary school) and still find this song gorgeous.

I'm usually not into non-English music unless I speak the language. Lyrics are a huge part of music for me, so I really like understanding them. Other than my genetics playing a part in the languages I gravitate toward, I also just find them to be two very gorgeous languages. People give me shit (mainly my dad's side) about how useless French is but it's just such a gorgeous language. Far less complicated than English too, imo.
