For a couple years I've had this really annyoying nickname that despise Li-Li. My friends call me it a lot as joke. I ask for them to stop they do but next day it's the same thing. Now most my class knows it and its now how they talk to me "hey Li Li " "pass the ball Li Li" " Li Li how's it going" how do I get it to stop? I've been trying for 3 years now to eradicate the name . They told me I should have gone along with it and not over reacted, all did those 3 years ago was ask for them to stop. What should I do everything else has failed.

Telling them to stop was probably what triggered it to be more fun for them to do. You should have gave it none attention when they started, and it would get boring. Now theres probably not much you can do, except try to ignore it or have a really sserious talk with them about it so that its not funny for them anymore

ill come down there and beat them up for ya haha JOKES but ya once u get a name ull have it till u change schools so ya but if u didnt say anything they would have said it like for a week then been over it.. and li li isnt so bad! i like it :)

There was this kid at my school, who was given the nickname Jobi ONCE. The whole school bullied him, calling him the name he hated from 6th grade until this past year, 11th.

Ignore them when they call you Li Li. They'll get bored and if you don't respond they'll have no choice but to use your name.

Dude, don't over-react. Just ask them to stop. If they don't, then ignore them until they call you the name you want them to.

it will pass, my friends have called me some stupid nicknames and they got bored of it after i never made a big deal out of it.

my friends calls me and my cousin engines(injuns) because were the only natives they know...funny for a while but then it just got sad
