Help with buying condoms?

Heyy everyone, well basically i'm going to be having sex soon and i'm not entirely sure which condoms i should buy o.O

Anyway i'm 8" long and 6.1" around, would this be regular? I tried a regular my friend gave me and it was a bit difficult to get on at first but i got it eventually and it was kind of tight around my penis, and i think i may of even stretched it a bit, but not too tight that it was hurting, although there was a red mark from the condom ring still there. I did manage to unroll the condom back completely.
Is there a chart for this?

Is that ^ what a condom is meant to be like when it's on? so it doesn't come off?

I would think you would need a bigger size. You don't wanna pick a condom that's too big or it will fall off. And if it's too small, than it might break.
