Well your bicep circumference of 13 inches is pretty average really. I guess if you do work out you've only been working out for maybe a month.

i don't like super muscular guys but I definitely love toned in fit...best comparison would be like the body types Olympic swimmers have :)

I LOVE when guys have some arm muscle. I'm not talking huuuuge, but muscle is definitely a plus. Oh, and girls WILL notice them in a tank top. Just a tip :)

As long as the muscles are real and not overly big, like you can see them bulging, I like muscles. It feels like he could watch over me, and I like guys with some abs but not too...bulgy.
