Can you get sick from oral sex?

Last time I ate a girl out, I got a little ill, having stomach problems, and even diarrhea.
Could it possibly be caused by that, or was it just an unrelated stomach bug?

She didn't have any STDs, either.

Maybe she had an infection or something, maybe you may of got something from the anus cause it is pretty close, and not to sound gross but if the wipes her ass the wrong way, you know. Also if not maintained a good hygiene it can get pretty gross, think of all the blood, sweat, urine and feces that come from that area.

I'd say it's probably unrelated from oral sex and it may not have even come from her. STDs can be symptomless so you have no guarantee that she's clear or you are from them. As stated -- it doesn't hurt for either gender to clean up before any form of sexual activity.
