Hey, so I see this as kind of a second introduction.
My current computer is custom built with a 3.0 Ghz dual core Intel Processor, 2gbs or DDR2 RAM, MSI compact motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce 8500gt 256 mb Vid Card, 400 watts power supply, 300gbs hard drive, dvd disc drive.
I bought that computer for 400 dollars (w/o OS, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc)
The best location to buy any computer accessory i have found is: Tiger Direct
I have found that for a Mid to High level programmer, "Microsoft's Visual C++ Editor" is the best program for organizing, debugging, and editing code. Otherwise low-level programming authors are easy to find with a google search.
I play Counter Strike:Source, America's Army, Day of Defeat: Source, Civ IV: Beyond the Sword, and Company of Heroes.
I can program in Dynamic HTML, and implement web interaction with Javascript.
Next year I am going to learn the mid-to-high level language: Java.
I prefer not to mess with consoles too much other than at friend's houses because I have to pay for all my games on my own, and consoles have less modibility.
