Big circumcision scar

I was circumcised as a baby and my scar is pretty big. I think that the skin should go to the bottom of the head, but it goes like 3/4 or 1 centimeter below it which leaves a pretty big ugly scar. Anybody else have this? P.S it looks normal when flaccid, but the scar is big when erect.

I have the same thing but it kinda blends in with my skin. Cause my penis and balls are adapter than my normal skin color.

That's unfortunate, and yes it's normal. Being intact [uncut] myself, I don't have any scars.
