This lists countries in Wikipedia. In the UK, they lowered gay sex from 18 to the sane as a strait relationship to 16 a number of years ago. So it does depend on where you are on how it's legally dealt with. TBH if it's done in private, you're less likely to get found out later (as noone will get pregnant!). If you do get caught, you will probably get more trouble from your parents than anything else.

As with sex with a girl, we all do grow at different rates. Laws have tried to standardise an age for something that we are all different. I often find that saying "no" tends to just force two people into the act a bit more as a rebellion. All I can say, if you do go through with it, take it slow, easy, use lube, preferablly a condom (to keep things clean), wash down there before hand, in private, and don't let your dad catch you!

You're legally not allowed to do it until your 18 in the US I think and 16 in the UK. But that doesn't stop most people nowerdays. If you want to do it and you trust your boy friend and he wants to do it. I personally see no problem with it, just as long as your dad doesn't know and you wear a condom just in case. :)

One: Age of consent is meant to protect say someone who is 15 from getting talked into sex by a 20 year old. Since they are both under 16, which is the legal age is most areas of the US, although it does vary, the law is moot.

Two: You are not in love at the age of thirteen. Pretty much everyone experiences this at one time or another. In just a few years you'll realize that it wasn't "love". To each of those questions:
Ruin your life? Probably not, the worst is you won't enjoy it.
Horrible disease? Worst case an STI (or AIDS), but you could get that at any age, only from someone who has one. I doubt either of you have one at your age?
Arrested? For all the egalities, I think in most places, and in your case, you would be in a hell of a lot more trouble from your dad than the law if he found out!
