It takes a bit of work but it also has to depend on how long your pubes are. If they are relatively short, you can do it with a razor, but if they're longer, you have to trim them down enough for the razor to be effective.

The easiest way is to use an electric trimmer and trim the hair down, but if you don't have that, use trimming scissors or maybe just regular scissors but be super careful!!!
Trim them down to where they're like semi-long stubble on your face. You don't have to be precise and get everything, just enough so the manual razor won't get "clogged" and not be effective.

After that, lather up some shaving cream or soap and carefully use the razor to shave off the rest. If you have any pubes that are starting up the shaft of the penis, be careful there as the skin is thinner.

Once that's done, it'll be easier to keep it bare. Once the hair starts growing back, you can easily shave it off again with a razor, since it'll be short.

I shaved mine once, and it went very touchy and rather uncomfortable. I won't shave mine agin, very bushy now, just the way I like it! ;-)

Maybe you should trim it with a scissors, I wouldn't recommend a full cut as it will start to itch like crazy after a while

Trimmed it with scissors once, then stopped because it itched like HELLLLLLLL. Besides, why bother? Not like any girl is gonna be looking at my nether regions.

Forever alone TT-TT

Make sure the you have a really good razor, like a Gilette Fusion Proglide, or something with more than 3 blades. First you have to make sure that your pubes are trimmed down to a reasonable length so that the razor will work effectively. After you have trimmed get a bathtub full of water just enough so that when you are laying down your nut sack is out of the water. Get some shaving gel or cream and lavender up your upper pubic region. Front you are going to want to go with the grain of the hair then when you have finished going with the grain you can go against. When you are having to shave around the shaft and ball sack you want to make sure that you will always have the skin that you are shaving tight and smooth. Make sure that your razor is always clean from hair so constantly rinse it off in the water that you are laying in. If you need any other help contact me.

Best way is trim the hair so it's short first and then with a razor shave with the grain of the hair so normally downwards and then to finish shave against it. And if you don't want people to know best done in shower so the hair gets washed down the drain

Sorry for the late response, but for me it really doesn't get that itchy at all. The only time that it gets itchy for me is when the hair starts to grow back long enough to where I can shave it again. And your parents won't find out, just do it while you are taking a shower. Like split it up in two days or something so you aren't taking like an hour and a half shower. The times that I usually do it are when my parents aren't home. I usually just go into the bathroom and get the water running from the tub facet, then just use that to rinse the razor of many many times. You just have to go slow, but do the best you can because you don't want some prickly spots growing quicker than the others.
