Usually the first sign of puberty is a growth spurt and pubes. I think that's pretty much normal, and puberty goes on and continues until you're about 17-19 years old.

Im 13 and I honestly need some help, I'm really into chicks and all that madly but past month (about 7 months after puberty started for me) has been really depressing, I was a really happy bloke and now even my mates have noticed I'm not myself? Is it normal to feel like this?

It's very normal to feel like that. Puberty has you go through hormonal changes and one of the many things that is affected is your mood. Try not to let things get to you much that make you depressed. Talking to friends helps a lot =)

It's completely normal, height and voice change are the first signs of puberty, everything should happen within the next couple of years.

It's completely normal to feel like that, all the hormones whizzing around your body and everything can often be confusing and sometimes depressing. You'll probably find that your personality can change, but probably isn't permanent, you had your personality from the second you were born. If you get to the point where you feel really depressed for a long period of time then it might be worth going to the doctor, and he might be able to help.

Puberty for guys typically starts at the age of 13-14, typically. Now everyone's different, of course. You'll undergo all the physical changes you've listed. You might be a slow grower, but that sounds like typical puberty changes for a guy. There are guys that aren't fully done growing till as old as 21. So, yeah, don't sweat it. You're young. Your body's changing. Don't put it on a set schedule, it will happen in it's own time.

That is fine. You have a long ways to go before puberty is done, changes just happen at different times along the way.

For most people, puberty ends in their late teens, or early 20's.
You still have a lot of development left, to undergo. :)
