So Im 15 (almost 16) and I really want to get in shape. I've heard that during puberty you can gain/lose weight really easy. Anyone have any tips on losing weight and getting abs? I'm desperate.

yeah dont believe people who say you can gain/lose easily. you still need to work hard at it. clean up your eating habits and exercise regularly. thats basically all you have to do to get in shape.

I'm in shape... Round is a shape... But just do lots of sit ups/push ups and most importantly eat healthy!!

i play lots of sports so im always doing something but i dont work out but i guess i am working out evryday :) do swimming you loose lots of weight there
