Does it hurt every girl? No but the sad thing is there no way to know ahead of time and no surefire way to prevent it. These suggestions may help make sex less painful:
Consider foreplay
Be relaxed
Make sure you have no doubts about being ready
Consider water based lubrication
If her hymen has torn [freak accidents near vagina -- masturbation -- tampons -- sports -- bike/horseback riding] sex may not be as painful
Be slow and gentle
Masturbation could make it less painful

Some do and some don't and pain and/or not being ready or feeling regrets can play a part in them not enjoying their first time. Following the suggestions above may help you in not hurting her.

Well Luke it is nice that you don't want to hurt. I would say that you want to make sure she is aroused and wet and wanting to do it. Foreplay is a must. Also, remember that just because it may be your first does not mean it will be hers possibly and that is fine too. Lastly, not all times a girl has first boy on girl sex is the first time she would have something inside her. Lots of girls play with themselves with insertion of things into them before actually having sex with a boy. So no not is it always painful for a girl the first time.

For me I had masterbated a lot before my first time with a boy. It did not hurt and the intercourse lasted maybe 5-7 minutes but the whole experience lasted about 45 minutes and it was good. :D
