So, ive been noticing that there are tiny red dots on my penis' head.. it started with one tiny dot, and it escalated to about five. Does anybody know if this is some sort of infection, like an std ? Or is this normal? (i highly doubt it.. -_-)

Might be an infection, fungal or bacterial. Not uncommon. You should really see your doctor. They can only help you.

This isn't so much puberty related as it is health. I think you'll receive appropriate answers here. :)

People, he's coming here for advice, not to be told by 7 people to simply go to a doctor without some differential diagnosis.
It is possible it could be herpes, but it'd be helpful to know if the dots are either:
1) just splotches of red on your penis
2) "bug bite" style bumps
3) "blister" style bumps that feel hard to the touch
If it's the third one, it could be herpes, but there's no sure fire way of checking. As someone with herpes, I would go to Walgreens and pick up some Abreva or other cold sore medicine. If it starts to cause too much pain, go see your doctor ASAP. If you can't pee because it stings, get to urgent care* immediately because it's really bad for your kidneys to hold your bladder in.
* this is not the same as the Emergency room! Urgent Care is usually a department found at your local medical center :)
