Okay so there's like this fridge of cold beer my dad has and I'm really curious, what could happen if I drank just one beer I'm only 13 years old what could one beer do?

I have one with me right now :|

Sorry if this the wrong section?

Just ask your dad later if you can try a sip.
Try it, one sip cant hurt. Its just that actually drinking beer like an adult is not good for you. Its probably disquisting anyway :p

But that's the problem I'm scared to ask him I also don't want to have a sip :|

I want to try to drink the full beer myself...

what could happen?

One can of bear can't harm you ;)
If he won't notice the can missing, you should try it. As long as its only one can.
If you keep drinking beer it is not good for your growth

It depends on a lot of things. Your weight, the strength of the beer, if you've ever drank before. You'll probably get a little buzz.

Honestly, I wouldn't. If you're interested in trying some, ask your dad. You can ask him next time he's drinking one - you don't have to ask him randomly when he's not. What's the worst he can say? You'd be in trouble if he found about you taking a beer (especially without asking) and drinking it all. The repercussions are not good.

Given that you're so young, your body likely won't react well to a full bear. If you don't wanna ask him for a sip, then don't, and wait a while longer. Beer does have an interesting taste though, depending on what kind. It's pretty fizzy in my opinion, a bit more than soft drinks (in my opinion, then again I'm not huge on soft drinks and their fizz). Again, through my tastes, it's an acquired taste, and it's bitter at first, however I do know of people who loved their first beer. I didn't.

I love cold beer but honestly I don't think that one would do much for you at all. It would just show you what it tastes like and maybeeee give you a small buzz. If you are going to get in trouble for taking it, then I wouldn't. One beer will not be worth it at all.

Well, assuming you've never drank before, your body's tolerance to alcohol would be low. So if you drank a beer, you would probably feel pretty dizzy. But if you do drink it, do everything you can to make sure that your dad doesn't find out, if you think he'd be pissed off at you for drinking a beer. But if you think he'd be cool with it, then just ask him if you can try a beer.

Beer tastes disgusting. But one beer won't hurt you or make you drunk so ask for some.

May I ask why you're scared to ask your dad? I agree with what Val said: beer is an acquired taste which you probably won't enjoy at first. Honestly, the biggest reaction you'll probably get will be an adrenaline rush from breaking the rule - you can get bigger rushes much more easily.

Because my grandfather use to drink a lot I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to turn until him. And my dad only drinks like probably 3 or 4 beers only on Fridays.

Ah. So you're mostly just afraid that he sees you as a potential fuck-up and don't want to agitate this notion of his.
In that case, just ask. There's a risk, but just remind him that you have seen what it did to your grandfather and won't allow yourself to lose control - you just want to try it.

On the contrary one bear can kill you. I've never heard of a bear coming in a can though.

See this is why you should not begin drinking at a young age. It ruins your grammar, i don't even know what this person is trying to convey here.

You're 13 years old. Although one beer won't do you much harm, the problem is that you're looking for a buzz. Children who begin drinking before the age of 15 are statistically 4 times more likely to develop drinking problems. You also stated that your grandfather drank a lot, so the genes for alcoholism are already in your dna.

Wait until you're older to make a more educated decision.

Realistically I think you're asking will you get addicted to the taste / feel and then want to do it all the time, 1 beer is hugely unlikely to do that and for a 13 year old you might feel a little buzz if you drink a full one to yourself. Saying that you most likely won't get drunk, Also if you're worried about anything happening don't drink to you're far closer the legal age (With parental consent) and then try some when your body is much more likely to be able to handle it.

recently i was walking around my home town after a movie at the cinema and saw 13 year olds with 35p (50 Cent) energy drink and a bottle of vodka and i thought what has this small time town come to.

Try your best and that won't happen to you kid.

Lol the worst that'll happen on one beer is you get just the ever-slightest bit tipsy. I'm very lightweight and don't even feel anything from just one beer. The worst of your worries would be just getting caught. Not even worth it.

Not much, you may feel drunk if you have never had a drink before but besides that i'm not sure.

Umm I would just try it first because I'm not a fan of beer but prefer mixed drinks lol

One beer won't do jack shit. It only has a 6% alcohol content. I can do 5 and not have anything happen

I've personally never decided to take the plunge and drink a whole beer! I have heard from freinds of mine that it can dramatically change your perspective on all things, leading you to question your core beliefs and purpose of living. sending the user into a psychotic state of agression leading many people to harm others of in some cases kill themselves. If you think your ready. take the plunge. but I warn you your life will never be the same.:yeah:

You should wait some time, but if you want to try it... one beer won't do nothing to you. :D

the likelihood is that one beer wont have much of an effect. for me it takes at least 4 bottles before any noticeable symptoms emerge

No lie, having one beer might change how you brain works. Sometimes that one drink, it turns you into a alcoholic and sometimes it doesnt. On another side note, will your dad care if you take one? Because some dads will get made if someone else takes their beer.
