Well, to start off, I have absolutely no interest in forming a romantic relationship, or even having sex for that matter. Though I do find both boys and girls attractive, I don't have any desires to act on that.
I have had sex before, and it was alright I guess, but nothing too great.
Well, I suppose that isn't COMPLETELY true, as I DO want to have sex, but...
With a horse.
I know there are extreme risks, social and health-wise, not to mention it being illegal in my state.
Any advice?

You should probably seek help from a psychologist if it's really bothering you, but you're not the first person to ever want to have sex with a horse. It's definitely not advised for all the reasons you've mentioned.

I have no way to contact a psychologist AND pay them. My parents aren't the most pro-psychologist people ever, and I have no stable income.

And I've studied up on the subject enough to do it without suffering from any health issues, however there's still the issue of someone finding out.

Try calling a free charity helpline, they might be able to give you better advice than anyone on here. If you don't have sex with a horse then there's no chance of anyone finding out, but if you do then there is a chance obviously. That's just one of the many risks involved.
I don't think anyone would recommend you do, but if that's what you want to do, and you already have the intention of doing it then well... It's not my place to tell you what to do.

I don't know but if your insured you may be able to seek help without your parents knowing. Being a minor too, maybe medicaid. Call your county's social service or whatever.

It's just a fetish, and a potentially dangerous and life-destroying one as well. You may want to have sex with a horse, but no horse wants to have sex with you. Coming to grips with that fact may help you on your path to understanding that this isn't okay and will likely destroy your life if you allow it to take over.
