How to meet nice guys?

Hi, I'm 16, and I go to an all girls school.

I know barely any guys, and I'm pretty shy. The ones I do know live far away from me or I don't know them very well.

I'd like to get out there and meet some nice new people - maybe be friends, maybe more. But I don't really know what to do. I do an archery club, but most of the people there are far too old for me.

Any tips on where to go to meet nice guys would be appreciated. :)

The archery interest is very cool. I have a nice Fred Bear compound bow that I never shoot. What's your bow?

As for where to meet some nice guys, I don't have any good ideas at the moment. Like you, I enjoy reading and writing but they aren't activites that promote being very social.

come to canada :) but ya mabey look at some social groups in yur town to go to vulunteer for stuff

Archery is amazing! Too bad there aren't people for you there, I meet a lot of people through my parent's company, it is multinational and organizes all kinds of events, there I meet people with a lot in common. Ask your parents if you can go to summer camp, that could help. Musical schools or clubs are great ways of making friends, explore and expose your interests, thats the important thing.
