I actually hurt my friend just for annoying me a while ago. I noticed that I've been like this since a few months ago. I know it's like, puberty and stuff and it happens to everyone so... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hormones! Specifically testosterone; it's the hormone that surges through your body to start shaping it more like man and I'm sure there are some aggression issues that come from that lol. It's that evolutionary cave-man thing where you feel you need to show your manliness to attract a mate =P

The only thing I can suggest it to maybe just have a bit of self control and try not to let things get to you.

And then, it could not even been hormones or puberty, your friend could've just been really really annoying that anyone would've hit him, puberty or not. Try just strongly telling him to stop, or remove yourself from the situation by walking away.

Then when everyone is calmed down, ya'll can be friends again =P
