All penises... peni.. penis' (w/e) are different. There is an "average" penis size and girth, but everyone is different, and there's nothing wrong with that.

There's lots of variety, so don't think that there's anything wrong with your penis.

Thats actually very thick in my opinion if you've measured correctly, especially if you are only 13/almost 14? Average adult is about 5 to 5.5 around. A Coke can is 8.25" in circumference, so you aren't too much smaller than that. :-) And having a thicker girth, I think, is better than having a long one.

And I wouldn't really be worried. (maybe proud..lol) Just realize that it is probably bigger than most people might be used to, so the first time you have sex with someone take it easy. It might cause them a little discomfort at first.

I used a measuring tape, like the kind you use when you sew, not the SUPER long ones used for construction. Wrap it around your shaft, the place where the end of the tape is in relation to measure on top of it the CIRCUMFERENCE, not width. For width, just measure across with a ruler.

Whether it be girth or length, 7 inches is pretty good and above average. Any girl will like that maybe, some guys too LOL. It is fine. Apparently my penis is girthy too since it isn't that long so it looks thick.

To me 7 inches around is quite thick, not as thick as a soda can I think but thick, I guess you're lucky there :).
