You seem sweet enough. Noone can fault you for being yourself. Speek to her. The worst she can say is no, and you'll be no worse off than you are now. And you will have had practice for the next time. You won't get a yes, if you don't say anything.

As others have said -- you look like a guy who could have girls knocking down your door to date you.
To me and other teens -- it's not always about looks and it can be more about similar interests and a great personality-- because I'd choose a "6" with a great personality than a "10" who is very moody -- arrogant -- self-centered -- mean -- moochy -- very negative.

What could make you out of her or any girl's league is:
*Level of confidence -- you don't want her to think that you're arrogant and she's yours nor do you want to show her that you don't believe you're worthy to date her
*Different economic status --- sadly a girl living in middle class may shy away from a guy whose family is living off of welfare or vice versa
*Outgoing vs. a loner
*Popular vs unpopular
*Druggy vs. straight and narrow
*Bad girl vs. Good boy
