Yes it hangs but it's still kinda up if you know what I mean. As for shaving make sure you trim the hair so it's not super long first then use lots of shaving foam and shave down with the grain, otherwise if you go up and against it you'll get ingrowns. I don't know about shaving ur butt so I can't help on that one. For your balls use a lot of shaving cream and pull the skin tight so nothing's saggy or you'll get cut. I find its best after swimming in coldish water when it gets tight.

It all varies on the person... There is no right way that it hangs! Some hang straight down and others poke out a little, like mine. That is why when I am going to wear basketball shorts, I have to wear really tight underwear or compression shorts. ALSO, I do shave! and it feels really good once you get the hang of things. It is actually not that difficult to do. If you want to get a basic idea of what you have to do just google "How to shave your pubes by Gillette" It will give you a little excerpt on a certain way to do it. That was the first way that I did it, but when you start to do it a few times, you will just figure out new ways. NOTE: I would suggest that you get a good razor to shave down there, you can use a disposable-3-blade razor but it may cause more irritation than you may desire. I would suggest to go out and by a Gillette Fusion ProGlide with replaceable heads. It is a little bit more expensive. Just a little warning, after you shave your area down there, The hair will begin to grow back prickly and a few red bumps may appear but that is normal... If you need any other help contact me...

It depends on the person and I believe the size as well (correct me if I'm wrong)? The logic in this is that if the soft penis is larger then it will hang more, because you wouldn't see a 6" soft penis poking out, although a smaller penis, say 1" or 2" will still hang to some extent, else it will basically be in a state of constant erection (although obviously smaller, and will increase as you would normally get an erection).

Same here.. Just be careful shaving and go slow.. it also helps to use good razors. Those cheap disposable razors give me razor burn.
