Catholic guy and jewish girl. Could this be a problem...

I really like this girl but she is jewish. I'm a catholic and i'm not sure if this could be a problem. She is going to my school and i'm planning on asking her out but afraid that this could be a problem. What can I do to make it work out? Is a relationship with her possible?

If you don't see it as a problem, then it isn't. Religion is maybe something you should only consider when making life-long commitments like marriage, but, no, it shouldn't be. But ord to the wise, don't ask her to church ;P

Is she Orthodox?
If you try to force your beliefs on her then that would be an issue. Don't ask her to church either. And don't try to "save" her.
If the fact that she's Jewish is noteworthy problem for you....well, I truly don't know how to cure antisemitism.

Also, Judaism is non-evangelical.
My advice is to avoid the subject of religion all together.

I think it's highly unlikely that her parents will rail on ether of you because you are Catholic.
I don't know her or her parents so I can't be 100% certain.
