Feeling sick...

After going through a slight emotional bout with someone, I feel as if it'd be very easy to make me cry, I feel slightly nauseous, and very hot. Is this normal?

Physically I think you're perfectly fine, but it might do you some good to talk to someone you trust about what happened. If the physical symptoms (nausea and hotness) don't get better in a short while there's a chance you may be sick.
