you need to be a member for 3 months and have 500 posts to do so though. Try again in 1 month and 9 days.

Or you could get someone to make it for you who meets the requirements and then hand it over, if you didn't want to wait that is.

I don't believe this works until he meets the requirements.

So if Steven had 200 posts, I could make a group, but I wouldn't be able to transfer it until he has 500 posts.

I meant wait until he does meet them, but if he wanted the group straight away then it could be created by someone else.

I'm not sure whether or not that will work. But yea, someone else can make it for you, and then transfer ownership to you when you have the requirements.
