Okay Hi again, i wuz wondering what this is. I heard on here that if you pull down your foreskin a little bit every-so-often it can make it move easier. So i tried it but when i did there was like a little red line running down the one side? what is it is it bad? i don't wanna try pulling it unless it's important and it breaks or summut. can some one help?

Little red line? Can you be a little more descriptive? If it's in the very center of the bottom, it's probably your frenulum, although I don't see why that would be read. Otherwise it may be an adhesion - just a little sticky bit of skin. Don't pull anything so much it hurts, though.
What color is it relative to the rest of your skin? Where exactly on your penis is it?

Could you be a tad more descriptive? Maybe use some more words here?
In uncut guys, the only 'line' on their penis is the Raphe, the brownish line that runs vertically from tip to base. A red line is probably just a blood vessel, easier to see during retraction. A red line under the head, is probably your frenulum, the piece of skin that attaches the foreskin under there.
You can't 'break' anything unless you pull too aggressively on it during strecthing. Go easy, take time, stop when it hurts. 'Flaking'? might be smegma and stuff that collects under there, esp. if you haven't been able to retract to clean. If it's dry, using a bit of moisturizer is ok.

no its like on the outside of it thats flaking. the line looks red in colour( brighter then the head of my penis) and runs down the side facing towards my scrotum. does that help?

Oh, if the line is underneath, and it runs along the bottom of your penis, then it's the raphe, it's normal, every guy has it.
As long as the flaking isn't too bad then moisturizer is okay.

LOL! Soap might be slippery and convienent, but as you've discovered, not very good for your penis. Try a thin coat of Vaseline jelly for a couple of days.

Soap isnt good for lube. Use lubricants made for sexual stimulation. Soap drys the skin, causing flaking haha, but you found that out on your own.
