Hey guys and gals, so I've been talking to this girl for a month or so now and I like her and she says she likes me but she's still getting over her ex bf of 3years (yeah I know bad timing to meet her) and were going to church camp together so that should be a great way to get to know each other better but it seems like I'm always initiating the conversations between us so I decided to wait for her to text me first, it ended up being a day before she texted me and she asked why I didn't text her the previous day so I said "you were busy the day before so I assumed you were yesterday as well" and she said she was but expected a text from me anyways. So she complains about me not texting her but when I do she always one words me for literally anything, she takes forever to reply, and occasionally she just stops replying in the middle of the conversation. When I wait for her to text me she usually stops replying half way though the conversation. And not to be cocky but I typically don't have issues talking to girls but she's got me seriously stumped... So I guess the point I'm getting to is, what do y'all think I should do? Thanks!

I think you should continue to talk to her. Like you said, she's still getting over a bad break-up. You should be a little understanding of that. She should get around to you soon enough :)

I have been understanding otherwise I wouldn't still be talking to her after a month of no success.
Also like I always text her quirky good morning texts like todays was
"5 Steps to a Lovely Morning:
Open your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Throw aside the covers.
Get up from bed.
And read my message.
Good Morning! :)"
And she will typically reply with "haha:) good morning to you too!" Or some variation of that, should I continue or spread them out a bit to make them more special. Or should I stay consistent? Thanks!

I think you should space them out so it has more meaning to it. Than, after you guys have talked a lot and she's ready to be in a relationship, you can ask her out. Hope this helps :)

Great, now she just told he how she was hanging out with her ex bf because they wanna try and be friends again so I didn't get upset or anything and asked if she had a good time and stuff and she said she did. Now when she texts me she's like laughing alot and happier, is it because of my reaction or because of hanging out with him? I have a bad feeling she's just gonna leave me in the dust as go back for him...

Carry on the relationship! With the ignoring issue don't worry shes just properly struggling or she could be busy and then she forgets...
