Im about a month clean after cutting on and off for 3 years but all i can think about is cuttung. Literally everything triggers me, i finished school last week so now i dont even have that to distract me or anyone to talk too. How can i stop urges???

well i dont no if i am much help but when i need to keep like my mind off things i play video games and the time goes by really fast :) you could also go out more because you probably wont do that if you are with your friends or in public :) good luck and hope you dont do it

There are a few things you can do.

you can go outside, listen to music, read a book, talk to friends on the phone. Anything to distract yourself from the urges cause i know its hard. But you need to stay strong for yourself. It may seem like cutting is worth to release the pressure, but in the long run is isn't.

Yeah in the long run it isn't i'm strugling with this battle at the moment.
I'm on 829 odd Days since my last cut. It's an uphill battle but in the end it's worth it

Surround yourself with people you know wouldn't want you to harm yourself, watch videos on YouTube that say you are worth it and you don't need to do that, any activity, or just anything in general that you love doing that you know will distract you.

I hope this is going to help, i know how it is to think you are going to start again but just think that you have been able to last so long without it. i have Instagram and one of the girls who i follow has a thing on her bio and it has helped me " think of your skin as the skin of someone you love. would you want to put them through all that pain?".
