So this Friday I'm going to the beach. My physique is alright, but not the best currently. I just learned I'm gong to the beach today, so I have almost no time to prepare. Advice?

you can't. it's physically not possible.

drinking lots of water though helps you get rid of retained water, so that's probably your best. you can't just magically lose it in a day.

just wear a shirt if you care that much, but really don't let it bug you. you can't be that bad and i mean just have fun.

ya i agree have funnnnn :) dont worry about to much about what u look like im sure lots are not in shape after winter

two things.
first: as a wrestler, i deal a lot with weigh cutting, and number one rule, DO NOT LOSE WATER WEIGHT. it will dehydrate you. You are going to the beach Friday, so depending where you are, go for a jog or something wearing heavy clothes, but don't do anything stupid. water weight always comes back sooner or later.
Second: If you are less then 220lb, then you are fine, and as you said, you are alright physically. so if i were you, i wouldn't care.
